Loved our stylish room with a good desk to put my laptop on and the staff where competent and attentive. The service was excellent, we had a perfect breakfast with croissants and champagne, as example...

Excellent professional service, lovely air-conditioned room with big comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Easy underground parking with access to hotel lobby and walking distance to Muenster promenade and Aasee. Breakfast was one of the bests with a large variety of delicious food items, and helpful and kind staff.

It was an organised hotel, which is a factor that is important to me. The receptionists were friendy and were always active when they seen you at the bar. I had to make a request at 4am, however the bellboy dealt with the request very well and was friendly, even at 4am, that was quite impressive.

The cleaning ladies rang at 10:30am, even though they seen we were asleep, they still kept ringing and ringing and ringing. It disturbed my final few hours of sleep before waking up.

The hotel location was centrally located, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and served until 12:00. The parking garage was convenient with in-and-out privileges.

Central location and modern hotel. Good stop over with our 19 month old son. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and provided children toys for our son.

Location is excellent, close to the city and to the lake. The university is well within walking range too. Rooms were clean, well furnished and comfortable.

WLAN connection was slow and interrupted many times. I had to enter username/password several times. Breakfast was not included in the price, I wanted to have it as extra. Next morning, there were no preparation for the breakfast and I decided not to have it because I realized that it would take too long until they serve it.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Stadthotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was compact but comfortable, with a clean modern bathroom and a good shower. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very welcoming with friendly staff. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available at all times. The location was central, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower pressure was not always consistent. The noise from the street could sometimes be heard in the room, which may disturb light sleepers.
